Initially you can contact us either electronically by filling out our interest form, or stop by our physical store so we can discuss the accommodation. Our team will examine the case and inform you immediately about its dynamics.
Kalypso Hospitality can take over the total management of your accommodations, or their online management. Our goal is to provide high quality services both to the owners and to the daily visitors. Leave the stress of short-term rental accommodation management aside and entrust the handling of all the necessary tasks to us, which always aim to highlight the accommodation in the short-term rental space, and maximize the financial benefits.
Kalypso Hospitality will manage all types of properties intended for short-term rental as long as they meet certain specifications required by the short-term rental itself as well as the competition. Basic items that we consider necessary are stylish furniture, good condition mattresses on the beds, Heating, Air conditioning, Fast Internet, Hot water, TV, Cooking utensils, Fire extinguisher, First aid kit, etc. If your accommodation covers the above after the professional photo-shooting of the space we need about a week to welcome our first guests.
Every month we send you a detailed financial report with all reservations, reservation days, and final prices of the previous month. On the same day we make a bank deposit of the full amount into a bank account of your choice.
Kalypso Hospitality keeps its pre-agreed percentage on the bookings it completes for your accommodation either on its own platform or on short-term rental platforms. Therefore we only earn when you earn too, without any hidden costs, extras or fixed fees.
Kalypso Hospitality undertakes fully managed accommodations mainly in the area of ​​Messenia. In exceptional cases of an accommodation it can also be arranged based on availability for the rest of Greece and upon prior agreement. For cases of online management, we can serve properties all over Greece!
Of course you can. Through the personalized app on your mobile phone or computer, you can reserve the dates you want, provided that the dates are available and there is not any confirmed reservation for the duration.
We monitor the progress of the property 24/7 in order to continuously promote it on social networks and short-term rental platforms. At the same time using dynamic pricing algorithms, the rental prices of the property are always one step ahead of the competition resulting in your property being permanently, the most attractive (in its area). We ensure that guest inquiries are always answered promptly, on time and in a professional manner. Depending on the season, we create offers depending on the length of stay in order to attract specific groups of visitors. The combination of all the above ensures great occupancy for your property, but in no case we can guarantee a specific number of bookings.

Kalypso Hospitality is always willing to discuss with the owner the minimum pricing and occupancy of their property and make changes to them either from the beginning or later during the partnership. Keep in mind that on our side specialized staff examines, through a wealth of statistics for the area, and changes the specific numbers daily aiming for maximum occupancy and profit. Don't forget that we only earn when you earn too.

In cases of partial management, if you have chosen an alternative/electronic way of check in and check out, you do not need to have any communication with your guests. The same applies to the overall management since we take care of everything. In general, it is better to leave the communication with the guests exclusively to us, since we can guarantee that all messages or phone calls will be answered on time, 24/7 and in a professional manner in any language needed.
We have no problem taking on already created listings as long as they meet the competition's standards, have high quality photos and are in good condition.
We have no problem managing them upon prior agreement.
Kalypso Hospitality always checks for damages that may occur during the guests' check out and informs the owner immediately as well as his technician. If any compensation is to be claimed we act as mediators on the short-term rental platforms to get the compensation back in full. The final decision of our request comes according to each platform's policies and the decision of its committee reviewing the incident. The damages resulting from the continuous use of the items are considered normal and no compensation is incurred for them. Regarding the insurance of the accommodation from our side, we always consider it positive to have the minimum insurance coverage of civil liability and we can also put you in contact with external partners.
During the conclusion of our mutual agreement and the start of our cooperation in consultation with you, a paragraph will be defined in advance that will define the period during which our cooperation can be unilaterally stopped. We should be notified at least one month prior to the final date while on the same time all the pending reservations must be completed.
